So I finally got it...

Yeah, for those of you who actually read this, you know I'm a Twitard who has an inappropriate crush on the child who plays Edward Cullen. Today I'm now officially 13 years older than him. But that's ok, really. Really? I'm fairly certain I'll never meet him, and I hope to hell if I ever do I won't fart twice and crap myself. Since I'm the person who shit ALWAYS happens to, I'm sure if I ever find myself in the same space as my boyfriend Robert Pattinson, something embarassing is bound to happen.

Anyway, a while ago I pre-ordered my copy of the soundtrack to my boyfriends upcoming movie, "How to Be" and it came in the mail over the weekend. So I was listening to it on my drive in to work this morning, and, well, the best I can give it so far is that it's just ok. Maybe I'll like it more after I've watched the movie. Which I plan to do when it comes to my On Demand channel sometime next week.

I'm hoping I like it more after I've seen the movie. Otherwise I'll feel a little bad. I didn't intend to NOT enjoy it, maybe I'm just not in the mood for it today. I'll try again after work. I'll keep y'all posted because I'm sure you'll be wondering.

  1. wow...that hair of his is special. I didn't know 70's lameass was the new hip style. I just added the movie to my netflix que :)Oh Rob...if his hair looks like that in the movie I might have a tough time enjoying even looking at him. Maybe he's only dreamy as Edward.

  2. I know, his hair is awfully "Dorothy Hammil'ish" ain't it? I still love him though, I think he could even sport the "costanza" and I would love him.

  3. LOL to all of it, blog and comments. I was thinking similar thoughts about the hair...it's rather unfortunate, and very unlike his regular do.
Is it all just him or are there other songs on there? I love music so I AM anxiously awaiting if it is a flop or not. Maybe you just had really high expectations...I do that sometimes with movies. Low expectations is always the way to go, you are rarely disappointed.

  4. I think I did have high expectations because his two songs on the TW soundtrack were so good. My boyfriend has only three songs on this CD but I think I need to see the movie to get it. I don't know. Maybe I was just in a funk because I turned 35 yesterday. That is old. WTF?

  5. My Twi-retarded friend also ordered the CD. I didn't cuz she usually just burns me a copy. She said she didn't like the CD either. She said it sounds like the character (MY BOYFRIEND is playing) not like Rob. I hope the movie is better. How could it NOT be with my lover in it?

  6. Was the movie good? I still haven't seen it. I'm a bad Twitard. Oh hell. I forgot to say in my last post (see me + beer = chatty in a bad way) I found you on Twitarded. :) Which means you are fun times for sure. I always enjoy your posts.

  7. Cuteangiek - I haven't watched the movie yet. It's on my list, just haven't had the time. Thanks for the props!! It's nice to find other Twitards like myself who don't take it quite so seriously as others. Or, maybe we do, but we're funny at least so that makes it better!! LOL

As my daddy used to say, "Opinions are like assholes, everyone has one and they all stink". That being said, do your worst, or best, which ever. (I prefer best though)
